Thank you very much. I have read that there is no requirement now to inform the Defendant about application to the High Court just 14 days notice of an eviction.
No I don’t have permission to enforce during the lockdown (S21 acc) and it looks like there...

My tenant is witholding rent and in my opinion trying to frustrate my attempts at repair. He is looking to be put in a hotel but there's probably a good chance he will be too sick to go to a hotel when the time comes.

by KTCI'm not sure whether a periodic tenancy will arise at the end of a fixed term tenancy when at that time the tenant is part of a deceased estate (is it still assured during that time?), but the landlord would still need to go through court to evict anyway so same difference I guess.

by jpkeatesYou have made a fairly fundamental error unless the tenant has given notice that ends the tenancy at the end of January.
In England and Wales, residential tenancies don't "expire", they automatically continue until brought to an end.-
