As for how many people can live in the property that depends on landlord licensing rules in the local council…if any....

Reply to N5B Formby davetgI recently had to fill out an N5B and found the NRLA guidance notes helpful, you need to be a member to access them - around £75 but money well spent if it stops you making a mistake. Membership also gives you access to a helpline which will be useful
