Hi,
I've been approached by a local serviced apartment company with regards to letting my property out to them.
My property is located next to some rather large companies HQ so I can see why it's desirable. I've only ever rented to private individuals before is this something...

I have a family (3 named tenants jointly and severally liable) now evicted but still owing £4800. If one of them lists the debt in a DRO application, can I still file an N1 with the CCMCC Salford against the other two? Hi. I have a AST ending soon. The easiest option is to let it run into a monthly SPT. However, I am not clear on what paperwork needs to be issued in this case.
