She does not have a share code.
She has sent her current work visa - but it expires end Sept.
Is it legal to give her a 6 month AST starting 1st Sept ???

by Hudson01Looking at the news today (similar to yesterday and the day before), they are talking about combined energy bills of 4-5k a year...... by April 2023. There are many properties up north where the combined rental per annum is between 6-7k....... that is insane.
Could we have a situation...-

My tenant has a 6 month contract , I understood she had to give 2 months notice if she wanted to leave at the end of the 6 months ( what happens at end of contracts)but think new laws have changed this to 1 month.
two windows are rotting - nothing terrible yet but wood is dropping off of one sill....-

Reply to re-entry clause any use?by Interlaken1. Ask to see checks made by the agent. (I would not accept a tenant without seeing full checks and making my own enquiries.)
2. Is the tenant the person who applied to the agent one has to ask? I would make a 'clumsy enquiry' by knocking the door on some pretext and or stake out the property...-

by hospitalityNew tenant signed contract with LA for initial period 17/06/2022 to 16/06/2022. T was late with initial rent itself (paid in advance), i.e. only paid on 24/06 and took possession. T was again late for the next payment due 24/07. No sign of payment yet.
