Why do you think you'll get a mortgage when you're a student? Do you have a regular income to pay the mortgage in the absence of rent incoming?
My parents said they will sort out my mortgage because they decided support my decisions on the basis that I will pay them back...-

Reply to Finding a County Court Bailiffby PerceThey put you in a queue when you call the court. I found out that the best time to call is 9am. Don’t be put off if the first person on the phone refuses to give you information saying that you have a solicitor. Say your solicitor is very slow or call again and another person will pick up the phone...

I have a possession order following a S21 eviction. I'm still awaiting my solicitor gaining a warrant of possession to allow bailiffs to evict (at some point in the future - I'm not holding my breath for Feb 21st...)

Reply to Finding a County Court BailiffPerce Thankyou for that information- I will try giving the court a call. No need to worry about me- I’m in robust health and state of mind. After my dad died, several years ago now, it was a particularly hard/busy (also rewarding) time but things are now fine if still very busy! Just a bit P’d off...
