A good reason why, when we constantly hear mention of a landlord register, for highlighting bad landlords, there equally should be a tenant register for all to highlight bad tenants. Sorry if that idea may offend some ears but its a simple check and balance....

Agree. My mum is a dog trainer, she was in crufts this year. DShe always says that dogs are pack animals and they live by their position in the hierarchy. letting dogs into the bed or onto the sofa actually elevates their position in the hierarchy and puts them on your level, and can have dramatic consequences....

I did not have a a creditor reference number but it was not a problem - just looked at the process again and got this message;-

"Creditor reference number (if known)
You will have this if you’ve previously set up payment schedules with the DWP. It can be found on your last...

If you can’t afford something, you don’t have the right to the same. If you can’t afford your own home then that means you can’t have the luxuries that come with that.

It is quite straightforward, however, because I don't have the Creditor reference number, it didn't go through....
