by DoricPixieThe only other thing I can think of is the address for the serving of notices. If that was the letting agency’s address in the original agreement you’ll need to provide the tenants with a new address where they can serve notices....

Leaving my letting agents after 6 years I will now handle everthing letting .Question with the 5 tenants original contracts all now lapsed and rolling will I need to give them new contracts on leaving the letting Agent who worked on my behalf . by ash72I would keep both documents in sync, the NTQ and the NL1 form, that way there's no issues, since they don't ask for a Tenancy agreement. I would also start the clearing up of the possession's and box them up for the time being.
I think it's easier when you don't have a grieving relative...-
