I've read your complaint and you're saying I'm a terrible landlord , the property is in terrible condition and it's falling apart , is that correct ? Stupid Tenant replies "yes"

In such a case as here is the tenant not simply acceding to the LL's offer (notice) to surrender the tenancy without court action?...-

The tenant is on a Statutory Periodic Tenancy. If a valid Section 21 notice has been served and the date to leave expires but the tenant is still in the flat (given no court order or bailiffs are present):
1) Does the Statutory Periodic Tenancy still stand?

She has sent her current work visa - but it expires end Sept.
Is it legal to give her a 6 month AST starting 1st Sept ???

If you don't know a good agent, I'd say a lot depends on why you want to be a landlord.
For most people who become a landlord because they find themselves with a spare property, the worst agent still probably...-
