by BerlingogirlMy tenant (T) did a runner owing rent - bet that's never happened to anyone else!
T got a property with a housing association (HA)
I wrote to the tenant at the address requesting payment within 14 days (2 letters, different PO's with certs) and one letter was returned.

Reply to FOI request to housing associationby BerlingogirlI know that they do live there but have returned my letter, well, one of the two letters I sent. They must have opened one letter, read it, then decided to return the other as 'not known at this address'.
I wanted some official confirmation that T lives there....-
