Movig forward, speak with a specialist eviction company on your next steps as they will read all the documents you have presented etc and work out a plan of action.
In the meantime you should also try and get any housing payments paid directly to you, and send the T an statement each month...

Reply to N5B Formby davetgI recently had to fill out an N5B and found the NRLA guidance notes helpful, you need to be a member to access them - around £75 but money well spent if it stops you making a mistake. Membership also gives you access to a helpline which will be useful
