My main concern is as...

by AliRazGood afternoong,
Hope someone will be able to give me an advice here. Me and my husband have been renting a flat out a flat for a couple of months. It was advertised as a private garden flat with all bills (incl. council tax) included, we didn’t question it much. The landlord’s family...-

I mean, yes, it CAN be a separate dwelling without being a separate property, but from my understanding, all self-contained units were regarded as dwellings and all dwellings had to be asessed and potentially assigned to a council tax valuation band. But this...

So they already have your account number and sort code; unless you redacted them.
As Berlingogirl says it's unlikely that a scammer would go through all those checks. (They just...-

by ShelNay21Morning everyone,
Following on from my first post last week, I am pleased to say that last night we got accepted on a property through a private landlord on OpenRent.
I'm just looking for a little advice from you landlords about how to proceed and what to be asking of the landlord....-

by ash72You could be classed as a lodger rather than a T, depending on the dwelling, just because you call it a Flat, if it has not been legalised as one, then it's not an could be just an extension to the existing property....
