Reply to FOI request to housing associationby ash72You could try using a tracing company (depending on how long it's been since the T ran away), I would then get a CCJ against them (it's unlikely they have any assets or are working, but at least you could enforce it in the future).

T got a property with a housing association (HA)
I wrote to the tenant at the address requesting payment within 14 days (2 letters, different PO's with certs) and one letter was returned.

Reply to FOI request to housing associationby Hudson01The HA will not disclose that information, only partner agencies (Police/Social services etc) can obtain that information, you could simply knock on a neighbours door and ask if Mr/Mrs So&So lives there, i do it all the time in my job, most people are happy to talk and you learn a great deal from...

by DPT57If he didn't immediately tell you that you were trespassing then I think a court would probably find that he accepted your overstay and that a new tenancy began. You seem to be under the impression that you only owe 4 days rent, but rent for a whole month would have been due. I think you are on a hiding...

Reply to FOI request to housing associationYou can ASK pretty much anything of anyone/anything. I can ASK Johnson to go back where he came from (New York).
So yes, you can ask, but they don't have to reply or even acknowledge your request. I understand Housing Assocs are not covered by FOI.
I'd wait a few months...-
