    Hi

I firstly would like to thank all persons who have helped with my other quiries. I am new to being a landlord and its a bit of a mine field.

Can I inrease the rent yearly ? and do I just write to the tenants informing them.

    Thanks

See s.13 of Housing Act 1988. Also dcide whether Agreement already contains a rent increase clause/mechanism; if it does, s.13 will not apply.
