    Who can witness s.8/s.21 notice service?

    Are there any restriction on who can be a witness? ie can friends or family be a winess?

    1. The Notices themselves need only L's signature. No witness is needed.
    BUT
    2. If you serve them by hand, it's best to have an INDEPENDENT (i.e. Court-credible, therefore non-related) person there too. His/her testimony of due service will help if T denies receiving.
