Tenants refuse to acknowledge section 213 information

As the title says...I was asked this recently.

If a LL or LA supplies a tenant with a section 213 within 14 days of receiving the deposit, and the tenant/s refuses to sign or return it, what happens?

    Thanks

L has sent it; that's what counts. Read s.213.

So registered mail or other proof that it was actually would seem to be a no-brainer.

Sure, but I'd rather have a signed copy on file.
