Tenant not paying rent on time

Tenant has always paid, but often late. The rent is due on the 15th and the last 3 months has paid on the 17th, 16th and 20th (went on holiday and forgot). Would you see this as a problem?

No one forgets to pay rent.

It wouldn't bother me overmuch - did the dates fall on a weekend - I often get standing orders on the following monday.
You can ask them if they could please pay on time as I use it to pay my own expenses (like a mortgage).
    Whether or not that's true.
When I post, I am expressing an opinion - feel free to disagree, I have been wrong before.
Please don't act on my suggestions without checking with a grown-up (ideally some kind of expert).

That in itself wouldn't be a problem to me.

What is the method of payment, as the 16th April was a Saturday.
Allow tenants to protect their own deposits. I want free money when they do it wrong

Hi it usually appears in my bank as "bank credit" and her name. I think it's cash paid in a branch.
