Can any one point me in the right direction? I would like to create a separate Licence agreement to give parking rights to prospective tenants , which is completely independent to the AST contract. Such a license would allow me to possibly withdraw the parking based on reasonable notice etc. Is this possible? and if so, where/or whom do I go to get such an agreement drawn up? If I am relying on either a letting agency standard AST contract or my own (via National Landlords Assocation) do I need to have the terms amended to state that the AST does not cover carparking or some reference to the licence?

I am trying to protect my position in the future should there be issues with tenants, without affecting their rights to enjoyment etc of the apartment, and wondering if there might be a solution here?
