    County Court Judgements

Am I right in thinking that only CCJ's apply to debt?

If a tenant is evcted by section 21 route and does not owe rent, will there be any record to be picked up by credit/refernce agencies?
All posts in good faith, but do not rely on them

No. County Courts have a wide jurisdiction and their judgments cover a host of non-debt matters too. See Part II of County Courts Act 1984.

Yes you are correct. There will be no record on their credit.

I think if you purchase a search through the Registry Trust, the report will show satisfied country court judgments aswell as outstanding judgments.
