Wanting to submit court papers to tenant

    Hi Everyone
I have a tenant who owes me a lot in back rent money. He's moved out and I don't know where he is living but I do know where he works. I also know the agency who found him his new current property. What is the best course of action? I would ideally like to directly give him court papers but I know he may not accept these from me. Can I ask the agency to give them to him or do I need a Court Bailiff to deliver the papers. Any advice would be welcome. Thank you very much. Richard.

    What court papers?
    Courts usually serve court papers.
Allow tenants to protect their own deposits. I want free money when they do it wrong

Can I get the papers served at his place of work?

        What court papers?
I am legally unqualified: If you need to rely on advice check it with a suitable authority - eg a solicitor specialising in landlord/tenant law...

Do you mean possession papers or debt papers?
