S21 - tenancy agreement has old landlord address

    Hi All

Hopefully a simple answer, I have a tenancy agreement (as a landlord) which has my old address on it and I need to go through the S21 to regain possession of my property.

If I submit the N5B with my current address does it cause an issue when I submit the original tenancy agreement with my old address? The UK address for the tenant to issue notice etc is also my old original address.

If someone can let me know I'd appreciate it..

    Thanks

Serve a notice upon the tenant giving your new details.
    You then submit your N5b.
Allow tenants to protect their own deposits. I want free money when they do it wrong

      Thanks Saint

Is there a prescribed format to serve notice for this or simply a letter sent recorded delivery informing them of my new address?

        There is no prescribed format.

Do not send by recorded delivery, send by normal first class mail, and post from a Post Office, and get a (free) certificate of posting.
