Hello, i was wondering if anyone could advise , i have a (mcol) ccj against both ex joint tenants.( husband and wife)
I am looking to enforce this, and have details of two bank accounts, one for each of them.
I know he has money, and strongly suspect there are other bank accounts.
My question is can i apply to get the further information from both of them, and 3rd party orders for both of them, at the same applications ? also is it possible to
Also would appreciate any strategy advise, they have nicked £4.2k ,
they drive a newish car how to find out if its possible to seize it ?
how to find ownership of property using names ?
help with 3rd party debt order and order to obtain information, worthless ccj ?

by Hudson01If you do go down the route of changing the locks when they are out then may i also suggest that at the same time you place a call with the Police to inform them of this, and request that the neighbourhood team are informed so if the then ex tenant '' kicks off '' upon her return and calls 999 they...

by HMOmikeI have a house rented on a standard AST to the same tenant since 2016. He has rented at other properties of mine on a single room basis for maybe 10 years prior and is a decent guy and very reliable. He is a Latvian and in 2017 he married a lady from Ukraine. He adopted his wife’s son and all 3 have...

by HMOmikeThanks for all the constructive advice I think my way is now clear. I get the impression that the wife will not go quietly no matter how much discussion takes place! by jpkeatesThe latest government figures for possession claims have been published, which cover January through March 2022.
That's post Covid restrictions and would probably include most of the last of the Covid backlog.
And there's no sign of the massive wave of evictions and resulting mass...-

by Hudson01I agree with the above comment, why keep calling the council, if you consider their position, if you kick this bullying leech out of your property then the council may have a legal duty to house her !!! They don't want to house anyone they do not have too, so from their perspective it is best if she...

Reply to Single parent rentingby jpucng62I have also come to the conclusion that a single income is not sufficient to rent a property where my houses are. Paying all the rent and all the bills out of one income is just too much unless you are earning a huge wage. Although I have one single tenant at present I will be looking for couples as...
