    Four Point Credit Reference Check

I am letting my property without using an agent.
In order to insure the rental income, I have been asked to make a Four Point Credit Check on my prospective tenant.
Does anyone know where can I find a suitable form, please?

Ask the insurance provider who they want you to use to indemnify their policy.
"I'm afraid I didn't do enough background checks apart from checking her identity on Facebook" - ANON

What I say is based on my own experience and research - Please don't take as gospel without first checking the gospel yourself.

It's not a standard thing - I've certainly never heard of it.

Googling comes up with this, which is a particular companies' offering, which my guess is that's what you're expected to use.

But Wananananananawotsit is spot on - the provider needs to explain exactly what they need from you

Rental income Insurers normally do their own checks on the propective T info you provide. Check the T&Cs carefully before taking Ins, rarely do they cover rent for full T term.
