Is Prescribed information valid?

I have rented property couple of weeks ago, was served s21 at the same time and Prescribed informations as part of the tenancy agreement. I was looking into the rules what informations they have to give me and it says:
(1) A copy of the Deposit Protection Service Terms and Conditions must be attached to this document.

but I have`t seen DPS T&C as they did`t give me copy of it but in my PI it says:
that DPS T&S were given to me and also they can be downloaded from http://www.depositprotection.com/doc...conditions.pdf

are supplied PI are valid?
also as I said PI it`s part of TA, which we have signed on page 14 and PI is on page 16 as part of Special or additional clauses don`t they have to be signed by both parties?

No more think that I need to find out about. On TA they printed my surmane was spelled wrong it should be Bubulba but it was on Ta as Bubula so I pointed that to LA and he crossed A at the end and writed down BA next to it with his and my initials next to it. What if they protect the deposit under Bubula surname? Will that be a problem at the end of tenancy? I have checked DPS if my deposit is protected entering surname, date of tenancy and deposit amount but I'm getting back that is is not protected under both surnames (correct and mistaken). But as I understand they have 30 days to protect it not 14 is that correct?

No it won't be problem. I did the same thing with one of my tenant's names. Your landlord needs to return the deposit to the incorrect name.
