  • An Apology

I'm sorry that I have not been posting recently but I am too pre-occupied with training letting agents and other related matters.

Many of the postings are only repeats of previous subjects anyway, and appear to be handled quite adequately by others.

I shall be at the Landlord Show in Manchester Town Hall on 10 May so if you're going and want to meet and a chat let me know on It's free incidentally and is from 12.30 pm. to 8.00 pm.
The advice I give should not be construed as a definitive answer, and is without prejudice or liability. You are advised to consult a specialist solicitor or other person of equal legal standing.

OK. We'll let it go in the circumstances, but don't do it again: your forum need you!
Anyway, if a posting's good it's worth repeating (or, as BBC says, "Another chance to enjoy...").
