          13 out of 15 (failed q9 and q14).
          I disagree with the expected answer for "Notice period to AST tenant" even though I gave the correct (=expected) answer; there is no 'must' about serving a s.21, and an L could happily never serve one; it's just a useful tool if L needs it.

            On the other tests, since you ask, I:
            (test 2) am a medium-risk investor;
            (test 3) scored only 11 out of 18 on Markets [tut,tut]; but
            (test 4) scored a perfect 15 on Acronyms [so ner].
