Question about N5B form

Hi Can anyone help?
I have completed the above form and have come to the last part Certificate of Service, do I need to fill this in or is this completed by the court?

Anything in dark orange is for the court to complete.

No, I mean legally. If they are are there illegally they're squatting. Someone with an ast but not paying their rent is there legally and can't be removed in the way a squatter can.
