I wish to put one of my properties on the market. Tenant moved in 17 March 06 on 6month AST, therefore now on periodic tenancy.
I plan to call & write to him confirming my plans and don't anticipate any problems. Would the correct procedure be to issue a section 21 with an entry date of 17th May?
If he finds somewhere before then - am I correct in thinking he can move out on either 17th April or continue until 17th May?
