Which one I should use to register my tenant's deposit with?

    Hi,

My property was managed by estate agent before, now I am going to do it myself. But don't know which website I should register with. They are DPS (https://www.depositprotection.com/); MyDeposit (http://www.mydeposits.co.uk/landlords/get-started) and TDS (http://www.tds.gb.com/). Can any one give me some suggestion please?

For DIY LLs, the DPS is recommended as it's free, quick and easy to use.

As above, DPS best route for DIY landlords. Make sure you issue tenant with the full prescribed information and T&C's for the scheme when you have lodged the deposit, and keep proof of posting, as this will prevent problems if you ever need to evict them.

Don't spend too long deciding though. You have 30 days from when you received it.
I'm a good tenant with great landlords
