Charging order application without ex-tenant address

I have a judgement for £4K+ against former tenant. I am trying to apply for a charging order but do not have a current address for them. I do have details of tenant's property which is currently let. Can I use this? All corresponce to tenant (including bank/letting agents) is still coming to the former residence.

You don't have a current address for your former tenant but you do seem to have an address for the tenant's property
which is currently let. What do you mean as this is very unclear?
The advice I give should not be construed as a definitive answer, and is without prejudice or liability. You are advised to consult a specialist solicitor or other person of equal legal standing.

There are a number of companies that can trace ex-tenants address for you. Expect to pay from £35.
