    Change of Landlord address

    Hi,

I'm a landlord and about to serve a Section 21 notice. Tenancy is Periodic.

My address is now different from the one on the original tenancy agreement. I recently hand delivered a letter to the tenant with my new contact details.

Regarding the notice can I go ahead and serve this from my new address or do I need to provide some proof of change of address with the notice?

I ask this because in the event this matter reaches court I would not a judge to throw the case out on a technicality.

    Thanks in advance,

    Simon

    No you don't!
