Evicted tenant is moving in with another of my tenants

I'm wondering if someone can shed some light on this. I went through an eviction process to get one of my tenants out of a property on a Section 21(4)A. He was in arrears and had dogs in the property that ruined it and were a nuisance to the neighbours. As he kept saying the dogs had gone and I knew he wouldn't pay off the arrears (even if a court ordered him to), I didn't serve him with a Section 8 for nuisance or arrears. Regardless, there was a court order for him to be out by next week but he has gone on his own accord.

The trouble is, he has moved in with another of my tenants as they are now a couple. My problem is that he lies about not having dogs and will get rid of them and then bring them back after a couple of weeks (despite it being a breach of his tenancy agreement). I do not want him living in any of my properties due to the above issues.

What rights do I have to get him out and how would I need to go about it?

    Thanks in advance!

You need to evict the tenant he is living with: When that eviction happens everyone else living in the place gets evicted also..

So, issue those S21s & S8's right now!!!

At least you know where he is so you can pursue him for the £££ he owes you...
I am legally unqualified: If you need to rely on advice check it with a suitable authority - eg a solicitor specialising in landlord/tenant law...

you can evict them both, assuming her fixed term is up. You cant evict just him, if he is not a tenant
