Your posts are normally much crustier and more cynical than this!

Glad to see you have made the tenant happy, and the majority
of contibutors to your post will be happy to see you have done
the right thing.

Some of my posts are based on what is the moral, sensible, and
decent thing to do, or alternatives "To try" before the expense
of courts.

I am sad to see your were emotionally scarred for life, but if it
makes us more understanding of what we need to do, then that
makes for a better world for all.
This is of course based on people having decent tenants.

If you think that moral, sensible, and decent does not apply to
landlords, that is your right.

If you think that when everyone said a man had to pay rent
for the rest of his life, because there were 5 sharers on one
agreement, he left and they never repaced him, my info got
him out of his predicament, against all the legal advice, then
if that is deemed wrong advice, that too is your right.

I could go on and on with many more, but i have no time.
It is your right to make comments, disagree, put me in my
place if I stray, for which I am greatfull.

i do not personaly attack someone whos advice has been
different, that may, prior to expensive court proceedures,
produce results that others would not entertain.

Here we have a post, that my comments ( together with
all other comments ) persuaded some one to buy a bed,
so your comments could have been, Well done, you got it
right R.a.M.
But you decided not to focus on that.

Which is your right.
