my eviction notice was all done correctly however the judge read it wrong and threw my case out. when i pointed their error the to court official they wanted me to write a letter stating this. All this causing the delay to evict the tenant. where do I stand.
courts get it wrong.

A section 21 notice is not anything other than an essential step to be taken before applying for a court order for possession. It does not actually do anything.
