which is priorty section 8 or 21(a) and what court papers do i complete?

I have served section 8 dated 4/04/11 expires 21/04/11 but agent issued 21(a) on the 4/03/11 until the 9/05/11.

which one do i go to court with which court form? I have form N5 and a N119? please advise as I am acting on my own behalf.

Section 21 route would likely be quickest IF the notice was served correctly and the deposit protection regs have been complied with.

However if you use the Accelerated procedure you cannot claim rent arrears and will have to claim these separately through the courts.

Use form N5B for the accelerated procedure.
