              That was one hell of a party!

              I've been looking at the kitchens in Wickes lately and pricing up how much for my rental. Wondering if LL would go halves for a 3 year AST.

              Most of house is magnolia (or some variation). I do have an ORANGE wall in my bedroom! (that's going when I get to bedroom).

              OP you say your budget for this is 5k and later mention that the Ts deposit will cover it. That's one hell of a deposit.

              Whatever colour/kitchen you decide... get a wriggle on and get property let.

                  I would recommend Wickes .. Just took a house back in comprehensively mingin' condition (no, really...). Wickes fitted kitchen however survived surprisingly well!! (After cleaner had been in for 4 days)
                  I am legally unqualified: If you need to rely on advice check it with a suitable authority - eg a solicitor specialising in landlord/tenant law...
