      Surely if the T cannot access their demised areas via their preferred method of transport the AST should be frustrated if no other method is provided for them to reach their property? I imagine it would hugely depend on what L grants T etc so without seeing the contract itself it would be diffiuclt to say definatively.

        In a large nutshell and apologies for going off thread topic. Rental yields in my area (and many areas) have risen, particularly in the last year or 2. Even though house prices have gone up, rental prices have increased at a faster rate, so a better return on investment is being achieved lately....

        I've just read what she said in more detail.
        She was specifically talking about the 1.5% NI levy for the NHS, which is applied to income from wages but not rent or other investments.

        The labour party have previously said that this is unfair, because it taxes working people more highly...
