    Landlord and Tenant Act.

    Hi Guys,

New to this forum, and im not 100% sure this is the right section to be asking this question, so sorry if its not.

Anyway long story short, i would like to know if this statement is correct:

"Landlords are legally bound to clear any outbreak of mould (toxic) within a 28 day time frame under section (not sure, i for got) of the Landlord and Tenant Act, 1998."

    Thanks in advance.

    Nathan.

Are you a landlord or tenant, and why are you asking the question?

And where is the property? Maybe that LTA 1998 is Scottish or even non-UK legislation.
