What deposit information must TDS give to T?

I let my property through an agent.They hold the deposit as a stakeholder and register it with the TDS. What information are they obliged to give to the tenant?

your agent should of got your tenant to read and sign the prescribed information as provided by the TDS, and also a certificate to prove where the deposit is protected. It is down to your agent to give this information to the tenant not the TDS.

Should the agent also supply this information to the Landlord?
What is my legal position as LL if the agent hasn't protected the deposit?
