    notice to remove belongings

I have an eviction date in about 3 weeks, can I give the evictee notice to remove his belongings now or does this need to be after he has vacated?

For example can I give him 4 weeks from now, then that should give him a week once he has vacated?

    Thanks for your advice

Surely if his belongings are still there, he has not "vacated"?

I am not an expert - my posts are my opinion and should not be taken as fact!!

There is no need for a special notice to be served at this point since you should assume that when T vacates he will take his possessions with him. However if does not, then there is a procedure to be followed. It is explained in this LLZ article:
