We are currently referencing 3 tenants for a professional houseshare. One of the tenants is currently seeking employment after finishing Uni and we are therefore referencing his Father who will act as Guarantor. The rent per calendar month is £750 jointly payable by the 3 tenants. Is the Guarantor liable for the full montly rent if any of the 3 tenants default on payment, or just his son who he is acting as Guarantor for? Thanks for your advice
