    Letting to Companies

    Hi everyone
Does anyone know where I can find info on letting residential property to companies - e.g. for them to let long term from a landlord to then house their own staff in ?
    Thanks in advance.

    Do you mean:
    a. for L to let to Co.; or
    b. for Co. to sub-let to staff?

You can use a normal residential letting agreement format but:
        a. delete all references to Housing Act 1988, deposit protection, etc; and
        b. specify that T is permitted to sublet but ONLY on the basis of a Subletting Agreement first approved by you or your solicitors.
