    Evicting tenant

The tenant I want to evict lives in the same block of flats as myself and because of his aggressive attitude of late find the situation becoming intolerable, the concern being that once I issue a S21 notice it will probably be at least 3 months before I'm rid.
I was thinking of a covering letter to be handed with the S21 suggesting that consideration may be given to defer possession proceedings if during the next two months our relationship as landlord/tenant is back to normal.
Would this in any way prejudice my case?

    Any thoughts......Bill

Better not to; it would be a hostage to fortune, and T would probably use it against you.
    Either serve Notice or don't.
