2 replies from a couple of postcards? Wait till he puts it in the paper! My only experience of an agent was that he just wanted his fee - in spite of written instructions that I had to sign the AST he put tenants in my property and signed it himself. His credit checks were not with the company I insisted on and were useless. I used an agent on that occasion because I was away from home - never again!

These can be rare, but they are well worth finding and holding onto.

by LdawgOver the last FOUR years (!) we have had ongoing leak issues from the flat above, we've probably had 5 leaks during this time. by GDLandlordThanks so much for your advice, especially with regard to the reference probably refering to the payment method. Sadly the form doesn't seem to have been updated since the fee had to be paid by cheque, and indeed makes more sense as making a BACS payment is the new method.
The reason we...-
