    Property D/R

Hello everybody I am new to these fourms. I was going to ask how hard is it to build houses with laws etc planning. I was also going to ask how much profit can be made . I also have another question regarding property renovation. What adds value to a renovation .?

    Thanks

This is not really the right place to ask these questions, besides which they are far too general for us to be of much help, I'm afraid.

As I suspect you probably know!

Blimey, they are all out this weekend.

Ask the planning department, or an architect, or a surveyor.

Do the sums. Anticipated sale price less cost of building, professional fees, etc etc.

      Ask some estate agents.

Don't even attempt it before you have done a lot of research. And if you need a mortgage, they won't give you the money unless you can show them a viable business plan.
