    Legal Advice Required for harrassment/trespassing

    If a Landlord enters a property without consent from a tenant and does things in the property (i.e. tidying up the garden, lopping bushes, adding manure to beds, sweeping floors etc) and then goes back again the same week to have a look round can the tenant cancel the AST early on grounds of harrassment or trespassing???

    No. L certainly runs the risk of being in breach of obligation that T can enjoy quiet enjoyment; but the validity of the Letting agreement is unaffected.
