im currently one month into a tenancy on a new built apartment. since moving in i have discovered that the aerials in the apartment do not exist. After several complaints to the LA, i keep getting fobbed off with 'Ill pass this on to the landlord' but still not heard from him. I have had sky/ virgin around to install yet none of them are able to do it due to the location. I have offered to get a independant retailer out and to then pass on the cost to which i am told i am not allowed to do this as the landlord wants to carry out his own repairs, yet he is not responding. where do i stand?
troubled aerial/ landlord?

Remember grounds...-

by bob369But I can't find a definition of householder - but I suspect it's nothing to do with the HMO "household".
But how else should the landlord be guided where there is no definition under the patricular Legislation mentioned, the HMO definition seems perfectly fitting where you have...-
