    Managing Shared Ownership Properties.

    Hello-

    Has anyone any experience of managing the above. I'm aware of how to deal with public sector lets and private tenancies but have little experience of the above.

    I think when dealing with tenancy breaches the process is much the same as for any other tenancy? But what happens if a occupier is taken to court for rent arrears or anti social behaviour? If a possession order was granted how does this affect the mortgage and morgage company?

    Any info will be apreciated.
