i cannot imagine you getting any help from any government agency to trace her or him - Data Protection and all that - and in any case - she did not sign - therefore she is not your tenant and you have no case against her .....

Hi everyone,
Just a very quick question.
I had a problem tenant whom I want to chase. I know there is a scheme on here through which I can do it - but there is a complication. The tenants were a couple with two very young children, only the man signed the agreement under what now appears to false name (we saw ID, it was simply fake). However, I do have child benefit letters that were sent to the lady: is it possible to chase him through her if they were not married and she did not sign the agreement? i imagine she is not going to give up her benefits.

With the pipe tight in against a stud they may have needed to open up further to find the fixings that allow them to loosen the pipe sufficiently to get a repair joint on. Looks like an awkward plasterboard...-

by fpyardsI moved out of a flat a few days ago. While I was in the flat there was a leak due to a punctured pipe in a wall cavity that the landlord is claiming a deduction from our deposit for repairing.
The total cost being claimed is £492.50 for the plumber's work and £180 to repair the wall....-
