    Property Management without Agents?

    Just doing a bit of market research and would like to know whether any single or multi property landlords would be interested in an independent property management service, for 3% of the annual rent paid monthly or yearly, with an initial administrative fee of £300 for the full term of the tenancy. Covering, chasing of rent arrears, renewals, inventories, all tenancy paperwork, organising and obtaining quotations for all maintenance issues, offering your tenants a 24 hour service, property inspections including full and detailed reports with photos, notice and evictions?

    It seems that there is no service of this type? More and more Landlords are managing letting their own properties, saving a huge amount of cost in agency fees. Seems that there is a market for this? This is where I come in.

    Please let me know whethere this is a service you would be interested in, I have started this company but am willing to discuss any suggested services you think would benefit Landlords. I am not planning to be an agent at any point, which in its own way is a USP, would love to hear your views?
