What happens when six-month fixed term expires?

Hi

If I let my property on a fixed term - 6 months, does the lease automatically renew after 6 months has lapsed on a rolling monthly basis if I do not serve an eviction notice on my tenant?

If this happens and the lease renews automatically every month how long do I need to give my tenant to vacate the property?

If they default on payments after 6 months has lapsed how long before I can serve an eviction notice on them?

If they default on payments after 6 months has lapsed how long before I can serve an eviction notice on them? You can serve a S.8 Notice as soon as two months rent remains unpaid, and that is at anytime during the tenancy.
